Instructions for Iron on:
(1) Place the patch directly onto the garment where you are going to fix it.
(2) Cover the patch with a thin piece of cloth. (Avoid using the iron directly on patch).
(3) set you iron to cotton "no steam"
(4) Keep pressing the iron for around 40-60 seconds and temperature at approx 120-150 (depending on the thickness of the cloth)
(5) Wait for it to cool down.
